Scottish Parliament South of Scotland Regional Constituency
The Scottish Parliament was first elected in 1999 on Westminster constituency boundaries. In 2011 most constituencies had a boundary chance. The South of Scotland Regional Constituency has 9 members elected first past
the post and 7 members elected by AMS also known as the de Honte electoral system.
The South of Scotland Regional Constituency provided the parliament's third Presiding Officer.
